脱落酸对烟草腋芽生长及叶片碳氮代谢的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为提高烟草的产质量,以K326为试材,采用盆栽试验研究不同浓度脱落酸(ABA)溶液(90μmol/L和228μmol/L)对烟草打顶后腋芽生长及对应节位叶片主要碳水化合物及含氮化合物的影响。结果表明:ABA处理的第7~10天及停止处理后第1~8天烟草第1节位、第2节位和第3节位腋芽长度均显著低于对照(蒸馏水,CK);停止处理后第12天和第14天烟草第1节位和第2节位腋芽长度显著低于CK,90μmol/L处理第3节位腋芽长度显著低于228μmol/L和CK。停止处理后第4天时,228μmol/L处理的叶片氨基酸、总糖、还原糖及淀粉含量最高,其中氨基酸含量与CK差异显著;停止处理后第8天时,228μmol/L处理的氨基酸、总糖、还原糖含量和α-淀粉酶活力最高,90μmol/L处理的淀粉含量最高;停止处理后第12天时,228μmol/L处理的α-淀粉酶活力最高,90μmol/L处理的淀粉含量最高。ABA停止处理后第4天和第12天第2节位和第3节位对应叶片的可溶性蛋白含量低于CK。可见,ABA对烟草腋芽的生长具有一定的抑制作用,且各浓度对不同部位腋芽生长及对应节位叶片碳氮代谢的影响效应存在差异。 In order to improve the yield and quality of tobacco,a pot experiment was conducted to explore the effects of two ABA concentrations(90μmol/L and 228μmol/L)on the growth of axillary buds,main carbohydrates and nitrogenous compounds of its corresponding node leaves with K326 as the material.Results:The length of axillary buds was significantly lower than that of the control(CK,distilled water)at the 1 st node,the 2 nd node and the 3 rd node during the 7 th to 10 th day after ABA treatment and the 1 st to 8 th day after stopping ABA treatment.On the 12 th and 14 th day after stopping treatment,the length of axillary buds was significantly lower than that of the control at the 1 st and 2 nd node.However,the length of axillary buds at the 3 rd node under the 90μmol/L concentration was significantly lower than that of the 228μmol/L treatment and the control.On the 4 th day after stopping treatment,the contents of amino acid,total sugar,reducing sugar and starch were the highest under the 228μmol/L treatment in leaves,and the amino acid content was significantly different from the control.On the 8 th day after stopping treatment,the contents of amino acid,total sugar,reducing sugar andα-amylase activity were the highest under the 228μmol/L treatment,whereas the content of starch was the highest under the 90μmol/L treatment in leaves.On the 12 th day after stopping treatment,theα-amylase activity was the highest under the 228μmol/L treatment and the content of starch was the highest under the 90μmol/L treatment in leaves.On the 4 th day and the 12 th day after stopping ABA treatment,the content of soluble protein in the 2 nd and 3 rd nodes leaves was lower than that of the control.It can be seen that ABA has an inhibitory effect on the growth of tobacco axillary buds.It was different that the effects of different concentrations of ABA on the growth of axillary buds at different nodes and carbon-nitrogen metabolism of leaves at its corresponding nodes.
