芸苔素内酯对永州烟区烤烟中下部烟叶可用性的影响

摘要 为提高永州中、下部烟叶可用性,研究了不同浓度芸苔素内酯对烤烟云烟87大田农艺性状和中下部烟叶的叶片光合速率、烤后烟叶外观质量、感官质量及经济性状的影响。结果表明,随着芸苔素内酯浓度的增加,烟叶净光合作用速率呈现先增加后降低再增加的趋势;与对照组相比,芸苔素内酯能够提高中、下部鲜烟叶片厚度及还原糖含量,提高烤后烟外观质量;0.005 mg/L芸苔素内酯处理的中下部烟叶外观质量及经济效益较好,感官评吸质量整体最佳;0.010 mg/L芸苔素内酯处理中下部烟叶外观质量整体最佳、经济效益及下部烟叶感官评吸香气质和香气量得分最高,0.015 mg/L和0.020 mg/L芸苔素内酯的施用会导致烤烟经济效益降低、感官评吸质量下降。综合分析认为,低浓度芸苔素内酯(0.005~0.010 mg/L)可增加中下部鲜烟叶片厚度,提高烤后烟外观质量及经济效益,利于感官评吸质量的改善和可用性的提高。 In order to improve the availability of middle and lower leaves of flue-cured tobacco in Yongzhou region,the effects of different concentrations of exogenous brassinolide(BRs)on field agronomic characters,photosynthetic rates,appearance and sensory quality,economic characters of cured tobacco leaves were conducted.The results showed that the net photosynthetic rate of tobacco leaves increased first,then decreased,and last increased with the increase of brassinolide concentration.Compare with CK treatment,the application of exogenous brassinolide could improve the thickness and the appearance quality,but reduced sugar content of middle and lower tobacco leaves.The appearance quality and economic benefit of middle and lower tobacco leaves treated with T1(0.005 mg/L)were better,with the best sensory evaluation quality.While the appearance quality of middle and lower tobacco leaves of T2 treatment with the concentrations of 0.010 mg/L was the best,and the scores of economic benefits and sensory evaluation of lower tobacco leaves were the highest.The economic benefits and the sensory evaluation quality of the application of 0.015 mg/L and 0.020 mg/L treatments decreased.In words,lower concentration of brassinolide(0.005~0.010 mg/L)increased the thickness of middle and lower fresh tobacco leaves,improved the appearance quality and economic benefits of flue-cured tobacco,and was conducive to their improvement of sensory evaluation quality and usability.
