基于模糊逻辑系统的行波型超声波电机速度/位置控制研究

摘要 行波型超声波电机的运行状态取决于施加电压的频率、幅值及相位差。针对行波型超声波电机转速及位置控制问题,结合模糊逻辑控制系统(FLC)、带PI的模糊逻辑控制系统(FLC-PI)和带PID的模糊逻辑控制系统(FLC-PID),采用变频法和相位差法对电机进行转速和位置控制。根据各控制方案的响应参数来看,带PID的模糊逻辑控制器(FLC-PID)取得了最好的控制效果,且适用于各种工况,具有可靠、有效、简单的优点。 The operating state of the traveling wave type ultrasonic motor depends on the frequency,amplitude and phase difference of the applied voltage.In view of the speed and position control of traveling wave ultrasonic motor,combining with the fuzzy logic control system(FLC),the fuzzy logic control system with PI(FLC-PI)and the fuzzy logic control system with PID(FLC-PID),the frequency conversion method and the phase difference method were used to control the speed and position of the motor.According to the response parameters of each control scheme,the fuzzy logic controller with PID(FLC-PID)achieved the best control effect,and was suitable for various working conditions.It had the advantages of reliability,efficiency and simplicity.
