摘要
老年人再就业与幸福感关系研究,是促进老年人健康发展、完善人力资源供给的重要前提。通过使用中国养老追踪数据调查,应用Ordered Probit模型回归方法对老年人是否再就业与老年人幸福感之间进行回归分析,并对再就业对幸福感的异质性进行研究。实证结果发现:第一,就整体再就业水平来看,目前我国老年人的再就业比例较低;第二,老年人再就业对幸福感呈现出负向显著相关;第三,再就业与幸福感地区间存在差异,西部的负向影响高于中东部,再就业女性的负向影响高于男性。
The research on the relationship between reemployment and happiness of the elderly is an important way to promote the healthy development of the elderly and improve the supply of human resources in China.This paper analyzed the relationship between whether the elderly is reemployed and their well-being,through the use of China’s pension tracking data survey by using Ordered Probit model regression method.The empirical results show that:First,in terms of the overall level of reemployment,the proportion of reemployment of the elderly in China is relatively low.Reemployment of the elderly has a negative significant correlation with their happiness.There are differences between regions of reemployment and happiness.The negative influence of the west is higher than that of the Middle East,and that of the female is higher than that of the male.
