摘要
对我国现行退休制度与人口老龄化的矛盾进行分析,借鉴国外应对老龄化的经验,得出调整职工退休年龄是缓解人口老龄化问题的有效途径之一的结论.同时,提出实施调整退休年龄的建议:适时实施延长企业女职工退休年龄政策,循序渐进地延长职工退休年龄,正确处理退休年龄与促进就业的关系.采用数据递推计算方法动态模拟延长企业女职工退休年龄使养老基金增值的情况,运用数据说明延长退休职工年龄应对人口老龄化的效果.
The conflict between retirement system and aging population was analyzed. Based on foreign experiences in coping with aging population the conclusion was drawn that lengthening the legal retirement age is one way to abate the effect of aging population. Some suggestions were put forward: lengthening retirement age for female employees; lengthening retirement age step by step;dealing with the relationship between retirement age and employment in line. The adding value of endowment insurance funds was calculated through lengthening female employee retirement age by dynamic simulation,and the effect of lengthening retirement age to deal with intensification of aging population was illuminated based on the data.
