摘要
目的:探究腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除术治疗巨大子宫肌瘤的临床疗效,为治疗巨大子宫肌瘤选择更好的手术方式。方法:2014年6月-2019年6月收治巨大子宫肌瘤患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组采用开腹子宫肌瘤切除术;试验组采用腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除术。根据试验中拟定的试验指标,对比两组临床效果。结果:试验组术后下床活动时间、平均住院时间、肛门排气时间及并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术后孕酮和雌激素水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除术治疗巨大子宫肌瘤,经试验数据分析讨论后可知,可减少手术时间和术中出血量,并利于患者恢复,缩短住院时间。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy on giant uterine fibroids,and to choose a better surgical method for the treatment of giant uterine fibroids.Methods:From June 2014 to June 2019,60 patients with giant uterine fibroids were treated and randomly divided into two groups,30 cases each.The control group received open hysteromyomectomy;the test group received laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy.According to the experimental indicators prepared in the experiment,the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The time of getting out of bed,the average length of hospital stay,the time of anal exhaustion,and the incidence of complications in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the progesterone and estrogen in the experimental group The level was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy for the treatment of giant uterine fibroids,after the analysis and discussion of experimental data,it can be seen that it can reduce the operation time and intraoperative bleeding,and facilitate the recovery of patients and shorten the hospital stay.
