摘要
随着我国城镇化进程不断加快和人均可支配收入的不断提高,畜产品消费量及消费结构发生了显著变化。城镇化是影响我国居民畜产品消费的重要因素。该文基于中国农业产业模型(CASM)模拟分析了城镇化对畜产品消费的影响。模拟结果显示,城镇化水平提高将显著增加畜产需求量。从畜产品消费结构上看,富含脂肪的畜产品消费比重下降,而富含蛋白的畜产品消费比重将上升。为了更好地满足居民畜产品消费需要,建议优化国内生产布局,规范国内畜产品生产机制,促进养殖规模化集约化发展,倡导理性的畜产品消费观念,并适时推出与城镇化程度相匹配的政策。
With the acceleration of China’s urbanization process and rising per capita disposable income,the consumption amount and structure of livestock products have changed significantly and urbanization is an important factor affecting the consumption of such products.Based on CASM,this paper analyzes the impact of urbanization on livestock product consumption and the simulation results show that the improvement of urbanization level will significantly increase the demand for livestock production.From the perspective of animal product consumption structure,the proportion of fat-rich animal products will decrease while that of protein-rich animal products will increase.In order to better meet the needs of people’s consumption of livestock products,it is suggested to optimize the distribution of domestic production,standardize the production mechanism of domestic livestock products,promote the development of large-scale intensive breeding,advocate rational consumption concept of livestock products,and timely launch policies matching the degree of urbanization.
