摘要
以某生活垃圾焚烧发电厂SCR脱硝系统为研究对象,针对无导流板结构、有导流板结构的SCR反应器流场进行了数值模拟计算,并进行了对比分析,可以看出,研究案例中所用的SCR反应器在设置导流板的情况下,相比无导流板结构结构,烟气流动压降略有增加,但进催化剂前的烟气速度偏差可由无导流板的47.8%降低到14.8%,氨气的浓度偏差可由无导流板结构的28.7%降低到9.7%。
The SCR denitrification system of a domestic waste incineration power plant was studied.The flow field of two kinds of SCR reactors was simulated and analyzed.It can be seen that,compared with the structure without deflector,the pressure drop of flue gas flow in the SCR reactor used in the study case was slightly increased,but the flue gas velocity deviation before entering the catalyst can be reduced from 47.8%without deflector to 14.8%,and the ammonia concentration deviation can be reduced from 28.7%to 9.7%.
