垃圾焚烧炉飞灰中二噁英的低温热处理试验研究 被引量:13

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON LOW TEMPERATURE THERMAL TREATMENT OF PCDD/Fs IN FLY ASH

摘要 在管式炉中研究了垃圾焚烧炉飞灰在氮气气氛条件下温度、时间对飞灰中二噁英分布特性的影响,利用高分辨色谱/低分辨质谱(HRGC/LRMS)分别测定了气相以及固体残渣中的二噁英,试验结果表明,气相中生成的主要是八氯代二噁英(OCDD),而固相中则以低氯代的二噁英为主;虽然飞灰中的二噁英都不同程度的得到了降解,但是在一些试验工况下气相中生成了大量的OCDD;飞灰低温热处理去除二噁英的最佳的试验条件为:氮气气氛下,温度在400℃,加热时间为60min。 The effects of temperature and time on PCDD/Fs distribution in fly ash of municipal solid waste incinerator (MSWI) are studied in a tubular oven under N2 atmosphere. The PCDD/Fs in gas phase and solid phase are detected by High Resolution Gas Chromatograph/Low Resolution Mass Spectrometer (HRGC/LRMS) separately. The experimental results show that, the major congener is octa-chlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxin(OCDD) in gas phase and the low chlorinated congeners are the major products in solid phase. There are high amount levels of OCDD in gas phase in several experimental conditions although the PCDD/Fs in solid phase could be destructed. The optimum condition for PCDD/Fs in fly ash destruction is that, heating time is 60 min at 400℃ under N2 atmosphere.
