摘要
在生产性服务业集聚快速发展的背景下,基于经济增长和产业结构升级双视角,分行业对集聚的空间溢出效应进行区域异质性比较研究。以全国239个地级城市为样本,采用空间杜宾面板模型,分别测度中国东部、中部、西部、东北地区五大生产性服务行业集聚对区域经济增长和产业结构升级的影响。结果显示,我国四大区域各生产性服务行业集聚产生的经济增长和产业结构升级效应区域差异和行业差异明显。东部地区五大生产性服务业集聚的经济增长和产业结构升级效应最显著,西部地区次之,且西部地区科技服务业、信息服务业这类知识含量较高行业的集聚,表现出对经济增长和产业结构升级最为明显的空间溢出效应。而中部和东北地区,物流业集聚对经济增长和产业结构升级皆存在一定的抑制作用,且东北地区相对于中部地区抑制作用稍强;科技服务业集聚能够促进产业结构升级却对经济增长存在反向抑制,且中部地区的产业结构升级促进作用和经济增长抑制作用力度较大;商务服务业集聚能够推动经济增长却对产业结构升级无益,且中部经济增长促进作用较大,而东北地区的产业结构升级抑制效应较大。
Against the background of the rapid development of productive service industry agglomeration,based on the dual perspectives of economic growth and industrial structure upgrade,a comparative study of the regional spillover effects of industry agglomeration is conducted.Taking 239 prefecture-level cities across the country as the sample,the Spatial Dubin Model is used to measure the impact of the five major productive service industry clusters on regional economic growth and industrial structure upgrade in eastern,central,western,and northeast China.The results show that there are obvious regional and industrial differences in the impact of agglomerations of various productive service industries on economic growth and industrial structure upgrading in the four major regions of China.Specifically speaking,the five major productive service industry clusters in the eastern region have the most significant promotion effect on economic growth and industrial structure upgrade;while the western region is the second most important,and the industry space spillover effect in this region is the most obvious.In the central and northeast regions,the agglomeration of the logistics industry has certain degree of restraint impact on regional economic growth and industrial structure upgrade;the agglomeration of technology service industry can promote industrial structure upgrade,but has the reverse restraint impact on economic growth;and the agglomeration of business service industry can promote economic growth,but have no any beneficial effect on industrial structure upgrade.
