摘要
以绿色供应商选择与评价问题作为研究对象,构建包含质量、成本、供应商能力、绿色发展能力和服务水平及信誉5个一级指标的煤炭企业绿色供应商评价指标体系。文章采用基于熵值修正BWM法对煤炭企业绿色供应商评价指标体系进行赋权,利用熵值可以反映指标数据离散程度的特性、减少BWM法的主观性,使得赋权结果更加客观可信;以TOPSIS法为绿色供应商评价模型,对备选供应商进行排序与选择;最后将构建的指标体系和供应商选择模型在某煤矿机械装备制造企业进行了应用,为其选择出了最佳供应商。
Focusing on the selection and evaluation of green suppliers,this paper constructs a green supplier evaluation system,which includes quality,cost,supplier capacity,green innovation capability and service level,and reputation as the first-level indicators.The entropy modification BWM method is used to determine the weight of the green supplier evaluation system.Though the entropy value can reflect the degree of discrepancies of the criteria data,the entropy modification BWM method can reduce the subjectivity of the BWM method and makes the weighting result more objective and credible.The TOPSIS method is a green supplier evaluation model that sorts alternative suppliers.Finally,the green supplier evaluation system and supplier selection model are applied in a coal machinery manufacturing enterprise to select the best supplier for it.
