摘要
目的:分析白癜风患者应用点阵激光与紫外线光疗联合治疗效果情况。方法:选取2018年6月~2019年6月本院诊治的84例白癜风患者资料,随机分两组,对照组予紫外线光疗联合药物,研究组予点阵激光与紫外线光疗联合方案,分析两组临床症状改善及IgG水平情况。结果:研究组治疗7d(11.62±2.12)cm^2、治疗1个月(7.21±1.32)cm^2均比对照组少(P<0.05);研究组治疗7d(3.18±0.66)mg/L、治疗1个月(2.23±0.38)mg/L,均比对照组少,差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:白癜风患者应用点阵激光与紫外线光疗联合治疗,能有效改善患者临床症状,减少白斑面积,并改善其IgG水平情况,具一定临床应用价值。
Objective:To analyze the combined treatment effect of fractional laser and ultraviolet phototherapy in patients with vitiligo.Methods:The data of 84 vitiligo patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group received combined ultraviolet phototherapy and the study group received a combination of fractional laser and ultraviolet phototherapy.The two groups were analyzed Improvement of clinical symptoms and IgG levels.Results:The study group was treated for 7d(11.62±2.12)cm^2 and 1month(7.21±1.32)cm^2 was less than the control group(P<0.05);the study group was treated for 7d(3.18±0.66)mg/L and treated 1month(2.23±0.38)mg/L,all were less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment of fractional laser and ultraviolet phototherapy in patients with vitiligo can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the area of leukoplakia,and improve their IgG levels,which has certain clinical application value.
