摘要
白癜风的发病机制主要与遗传因素、自身免疫因素、神经因素、机械应力因素等有关,常发生多种机制共同作用,最终黑素细胞(MC)本身破坏或其合成黑色素功能缺失,而造成皮肤色素的脱失。实施合理的护理可以提高白癜风患者的治疗效果,阻止或缓解黑素细胞的破坏,促进白癜风的好转及治愈。目前,白癜风形成机制的研究越来越细化,为白癜风护理提供了更多的理论依据。本文通过汇总临床相关的研究性文献,梳理白癜风形成机理的诸种学术观点,以循证护理的观念为指导,针对性地总结了白癜风疾病的一些护理方法,使护理工作有章可循。
The pathogenesis of vitiligo is mainly related to genetic factors,autoimmune factors,neurological factors,mechanical stress factors and so on.Multiple mechanisms often work together.Eventually,the melanocytes(MC)themselves are destroyed or their synthetic melanin function is missing,resulting in the loss of skin pigmentation.Implementing reasonable nursing can improve the therapeutic effect of patients with vitiligo,prevent or alleviate the destruction of melanocytes and promote the improvement and cure of vitiligo.At present,the research on the mechanism of vitiligo formation is becoming more and more detailed,which provides more theoretical basis for vitiligo nursing.Through summarizing the clinical related research literature, and collecting various academic perspectives on the formation mechanism of vitiligo,guiding by the concept of evidence-based nursing, this article sums up some nursing methods of vitiligo disease,so as to make nursing activities rule-based.
