摘要
目的调查分析某三甲专科医院儿科护士孕期休假现状,为制定减少儿科护士孕期非疾病因素休假的干预措施提供参考。方法通过查询2011年—2016年医院内部排班考勤系统及人力资源部存档的病假资料,分析儿科护士休病、产、事、婚假和探亲假的情况及孕期休假护士的年龄、工龄、职称、岗位、能级及工作科室。结果2011年—2016年儿科有212名护士,共计休病假34201天,其中171人(80.66%)共30501天(89.18%)在孕期休假,平均每名怀孕护士休病假的天数为(178±0.37)天;儿科护士孕期休假人群主要为26~29岁、工作3~5年、岗位为责任护士的N2护师,休假最多的科室是NICU、PICU、SICU。结论某三甲专科医院儿科护士孕期休假情况较为突出,其发生可能与年龄、工龄、职称、岗位、能级及工作科室有关,应进一步调查休假原因并予以针对性的干预措施,以减少儿科护士孕期非疾病因素的休假。
Objective The purpose of this study was to understand the current status on prevalence of leave during pregnancy for pediatric Nurses in a Three-tiered A-level specialist hospital,to provide the formulation of intervening measures to reduce the Leave during Pregnancy for Pediatric Nurses.Methods Inquired the internal scheduling and attendance system of the hospital and the data of the sick leave by the human resources department from 2011 to 2016.Analyzed the situation of pediatric nurses’sick leave,maternity leave,personal leave,marriage leave and family visit leave,as well as the age,working age,professional title,post,energy level and working department.Results From 2011 to 2016,212 pediatric nurses took sick leave for 34,201 days,in which,171(80.66%)took sick leave for 30,501 days(89.18%)during pregnancy.The number of the sick leave was(178±0.37)days on per pregnant nurse.Pediatric nurses on sick leave are mainly aged from 26 to 29 who have worked for 3 to 5 years as the primary nurse and grade-N2.Additionally,Pediatric nurses worked in NICU,PICU and SICU have the most number of days.Concusion The leave during pregnancy for pediatric nurses in a Three-tiered A-level specialist hospital is prominent relatively,which may be related to age,working age,professional title,post,energy level and working department.The reasons for sick leave should be further investigated and the targeted intervention measures should be taken.
