摘要
[目的]了解重症监护病房(ICU)护士心理健康状况与其基本人格特征的关系,为卫生行政主管部门进行人才选拔提供心理学依据。[方法]采用艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)对三级甲等医院ICU护士进行问卷调查。[结果]ICU护士有心理健康问题的检出率为7%;艾森克个性问卷中的神经质维度与心理健康显著呈正相关。[结论]具有情绪不稳定等人格特征,易造成ICU护士心理健康水平下降。相反,较稳定的情绪有助于ICU护士的心理健康。
Objective： To find out the relationship between psychological health and personality feature of nurses in ICU, to provide a psychological basis for health administration institutions to choose talent person. Methods： Nurses in ICU from ＂grade A of third class＂ hospitals were investigated by filling out Eysenck Personality Questionnaire （EPQ） and Symptom Check Scale List - 90 （ SCL - 90）. Results： The detection rate of psychological health problems among ICU nurses was accounted for 7 %. And there was a negative correlation between tendency of neuroticism of EPQ and psychological health of ICU nurses. Conclusions： Nurses of personalities like introversion and unstable emotion would lead to the descent of psychological health in ICU nurses. Comrarily, nurses of stable emotion are good to their psychological health .
