摘要
新媒体时代下,高校网络舆情更为复杂多样,制定科学有效的网络舆情管理策略,对维护高校和谐稳定具有重要意义。基于社会燃烧理论展开相关分析,高校网络舆情的“燃烧物质”包括外部社会环境的复杂因素、高校内部存在的诸多问题和师生自身因素,“助燃剂”是社会环境变化和舆论导向,“点火温度”是各类突发事件,这些因素构成了社会燃烧理论下的高校网络舆情发生机理模型。从减少“燃烧物质”、掌控“助燃剂”、控制“点火温度”等方面提出高校网络舆情的应对策略,为高校网络舆情管理研究提供了新的理论视角,对开展高校网络舆情管理工作具有较强的针对性和操作性,有利于维护高校安全稳定,促进高校和谐发展。
In the new media era,the network public opinion of colleges and universities is more complex and diverse.It is of great significance to establish a scientific and effective management strategy of network public opinion,which is of great importance to maintain the harmonious and stable university.Based on the theory of social combustion,the“burning substance”of network public opinion in colleges and universities includes the complex factors of the external social environment,many problems existing in the university and the factors of teachers and students.The“ignition agent”is the social environment change and the guidance of public opinion.“Ignition temperature”is a sudden event,and these factors constitute the society which is the mechanism of network public opinion formation in colleges and universities under the theory of combustion.From the aspects of reducing“burning material”,controlling“combustion aids”,controlling“ignition temperature”and so on,it puts forward the coping strategies of network public opinion in colleges and universities.It provides a new theoretical perspective for the research of network public opinion management in colleges and universities.It has strong pertinence and operability to the management of network public opinion in colleges and universities,and is conducive to maintaining the stability of colleges and universities and promoting higher education.The development of the school is harmonious.
