Effect of proprioceptive neuromuscular stimulation combined with scalp-body needling on motor function and pain score in patients with shoulder pain after stroke

摘要 目的:探究本体感觉神经肌肉促进技术(PNF)联合头体针巨刺法对脑卒中后肩痛患者运动功能及疼痛评分的影响。方法:将180例脑卒中后肩痛患者随机分为A组、B组和C组,每组各60例。A组采用PNF联合头体针巨刺法,B组采用PNF,C组采用头体针巨刺法,观察对比3组患者的临床疗效。结果:A组患者临床疗效总有效率明显高于B组和C组(P<0.05);治疗后,3组患者疼痛评分均显著下降,且A组患者疼痛评分明显低于B组和C组(P<0.05);治疗后,3组患者肢运动功能和生活活动能力评分均显著提高,且A组上肢运动功能和生活活动能力评分显著高于B组和C组(P<0.05)。结论:PNF联合头体针巨刺法可更大程度缓解脑卒中后肩痛情况,改善上肢运动功能和生活活动能力,提高患者的生活质量。 Objective:To explore the effect of proprioceptive sensory neuromuscular facilitation(PNF)combined with scalp-body needling on motor function and pain score in patients with shoulder pain after stroke.Methods:180 patients with shoulder pain after stroke were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C,60 cases in each group.Group A was treated with PNF combined with scalp-body needling,group B was treated with PNF,and group C was treated with scalp-body needling.The clinical effects of the three groups were observed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of group A was significantly higher than that of group B and group C(P<0.05),after treatment,the pain scores of the three groups decreased significantly,and the pain scores of group A were significantly lower than those of group B and group C(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of limb motor function and life activity ability in three groups were significantly improved,and the scores in group A were significantly higher than those in group B and group C(P<0.05).Conclusion:PNF combined with scalp and body needling can alleviate shoulder pain,improve upper limb motor function and life activity ability,and improve the quality of life of patients.
