摘要
目的探讨新入职护士住院患者营养风险筛查培训方法及实施效果。方法选取复旦大学附属华山医院入职1年的60名护士为研究对象,采用线上教学+线下小组合作的形式,教学内容包括营养风险筛查的背景和现状、临床常用营养治疗步骤、相关量表的介绍、营养风险筛查的重要性等。培训前后评价新入职护士的理论成绩、营养风险筛查知识、态度和行为变化。结果培训后新入职护士的理论成绩及营养风险筛查知识、态度和行为得分均高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新入职护士住院患者营养风险筛查培训具有良好的效果,可进行推广。
Objective To explore the design method and implementation effects of nutrition screening training for new nurses.Methods A total of 60 nurses from Huashan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University were selected.The form of online teaching and offline group cooperation was adopted.The teaching contents included the background and current situation of nutrition screening,commonly used clinical nutrition treatment steps,the introduction of related scales,the importance of nutrition screening,etc.Before and after the training,the theoretical achievement,nutrition screening knowledge,attitude and behavior of new nurses were evaluated.Results The scores of theory,nutrition screening knowledge,attitude and behavior of new nurses after training were higher than those before training(P<0.05).Conclusion The nutritional screening training of new nurses has good effects and can be promoted.
