摘要
为了提高工厂效率,对设备测点故障进行专业的诊断,利用故障诊断云系统完成故障信息的检测与收集,实现专家资源共享。用MySQL进行数据库的搭建,形成若干测点设备、车间、工厂和云端的数据共享;利用Java进行前后端的搭建,建立人机交互,远程监测,获取数据及诊断故障。设计一套基于JavaWeb的故障诊断云服务系统,该系统主要特点是将传统故障诊断与云平台相联系,将设备振动数据实时存储在云数据库,并通过云平台以图形化形式呈现给用户,从而实时监控企业机械设备的运行状态。
This paper uses MySQL to build a database,forming a number of test point equipment,workshops,factories and cloud data sharing,and uses Java to build the front and back end,establish human-computer interaction,remote monitoring,data acquisition and diagnosis of faults.This paper designs a JavaWeb-based fault diagnosis cloud service system,the main features of the system is to link traditional fault diagnosis and cloud platform,the equipment vibration data is stored in realtime in the cloud database,and through the cloud platform in graphical form to the user,so as to monitor the operation of enterprise machinery and equipment in real time.
