摘要
基于简化的导轨安装结合面的接触模型,得到结合面接触电阻与接触面积关系式。设计立柱上的导轨安装结合面接触电阻测量实验,通过电阻值判断结合面各位置的接触状态。基于结合面接触刚度与接触面积的关系,通过锤击法实验获得立柱上导轨安装结合面各处的固有频率,证明设计的测量接触电阻方法能切实地用于判断导轨安装结合面的接触状态。基于设计的接触电阻测量方法,对不同加工方法加工的导轨安装面进行加工质量比较。
Based on the simplified model of the joints surface for installing the guide rail,there is anequation of thecontact resistance and the contact area.Design a method to measure the contact resistance of the joints surface on the column,so that we can know the contact state distribution through the guide rail.Based on the relationship between the contact stiffness and the contact area,we can draw a conclusion that this method can indeed be used to judge the contact state ofthe joints surfaceby using hammering method to get the natural frequenciesdistributionthrough the joints surface.Based on this method,the processing quality of the different guide rail installed surfaces which are processed by different technologies can be compared.
