摘要
目前模拟量输入合并单元校验仪的溯源工作仍然沿袭传统互感器校验仪溯源的方法,采用模拟微差方法,硬件复杂、稳定性较差,导致溯源存在一定的不确定性。文章根据合并单元校验仪的工作原理与特点,分析了其误差来源,在此基础上提出了一种基于数字微差法的适用于合并单元校验仪的溯源系统,通过构建具有微差叠加功能的0.02级标准合并单元,实现基于数字微差的溯源方法。为了保证相位微差精度,提出了一种基于Hilbert变换的相位微差算法,该算法在频率偏移、含有谐波等各种常见参比条件综合影响下,具有优于10-10分的移相精度,且不影响幅值。使用数字微差法能够为0.05级及以下精度等级的合并单元校验仪提供溯源,与现有溯源方法相比,该方法采用数字算法实现微差叠加,简化了硬件结构、稳定性好、不易受环境影响、算法精度高,具有较好的工程应用价值。
At present,the traceability of the analog-input merging unit calibrator still follows the tracing method of the traditional transformer calibrator,due to the complex hardware and poor stability of the simulation differential method,there is some uncertainty in the traceability.Based on the working principle and characteristics of the merging unit calibrator,this paper analyzes the error sources and proposes a traceability system for the analog-input merging unit calibrator based on digital differential method.The system constructs a 0.02 level standard merging unit with differential method,which provides traceability for the merging unit calibrator with accuracy of 0.05 level and below.In order to ensure the precision of phase differential,the phase differential algorithm based on Hilbert transform in the system is superior to the precision of minute under the comprehensive influence of various common reference conditions,such as frequency offset and harmonic,and does not affect the amplitude.Compared with the existing traceability methods,the proposed method adopts digital algorithm to realize differential superposition,which has the advantages of simple hardware structure,good stability,no environmental impact,high precision,and has good practical application value.
