摘要
基于C9高校调研数据,文章通过对路径模型、逻辑回归模型等的构建,探讨了新知识生产模式下,教育背景、培养活动对博士生就业过程与结果的影响。研究发现:第一,博士生的就业情况受到个体教育背景与培养活动参与情况的交互影响;第二,本硕毕业学校、论文发表数量等依旧是博士生多元就业市场中的重要能力信号;第三,跨专业学习、贯通式入学、科研投入时间较多的博士生未体现出应有的就业优势。文章证实了博士生就业情况遵循院校影响理论所提出的影响路径,并基于对影响现状的具体分析,对知识生产模式转型背景下博士生教育的发展做出思考。
Based on the survey data of C9 colleges, the article explores the influence of educational background and training activities on the employment process and results of doctoral candidates under the new knowledge production model through the construction of path models and logistic regression models. The study found that: First, the employment situation of doctoral students is affected by the interaction of individual educational background and participation in training activities. Second, the original graduated universities and the number of papers published are still important ability signals in the diverse employment market of doctoral students. Third, doctoral students who have interdisciplinary learning, through-study entry, and invest more time in scientific research have not demonstrated their due employment advantages. The article confirms that the employment situation of doctoral students follows the path of influence proposed by the school’s influence theory, and gives a specific analysis of the current status of the impact, thinking about the development of doctoral education in the context of the transformation of the knowledge production model.
