摘要
目的:从内隐层面探讨工作价值观在社会变迁时间维度上的变化特点与规律。方法:运用单类联想测验(SC-IAT)对90名不同年代(60年代、70-80年代、90年代)出生的员工的三个工作价值观要素(稳定安全、环境舒适、社会地位)进行间接测量。结果:不同代被试对三个工作价值观要素(稳定安全、环境舒适、社会地位)在内隐层面都是认同的,并且没有显著性代际差异。结论:在社会变迁时间维度上,60年代、70-80年代、90年代被试的内隐工作价值观是正向积极的,并且不存在显著性代际差异。
Objective:To explore the changing characteristics and rules of work values in the time dimension of social change from the implicit level.Methods:The SC-IAT was used to measure indirectly the three elements of work values(stability,safety,comfort and social status)of 90 employees born in different age stages(1960s,1970s-1980s and 1990s).Results:The subjects of different generations agreed with the three elements of work values(stability,safety,comfort and social status)on the implicit level,and there was no significant intergenerational difference.Conclusion:In the time dimension of social change,the implicit work values of the subjects in the 1960s,1970s-1980s and 1990s are positive,and there is no significant intergenerational difference.
