摘要
目的探讨品管圈活动在降低重症肺炎患儿并发二氧化碳潴留发生率中的效果。方法统计2016年1~12月收治的70例重症肺炎并发二氧化碳潴留的患儿设为品管圈活动前组,2016年1月成立品管圈组织,确立“降低重症肺炎患儿并发二氧化碳潴留的发生率”课题,将2017年1~12月共60例重症肺炎并发二氧化碳潴留的患儿设为品管圈活动后组。对品管圈活动应用前住院的重症肺炎患儿并发二氧化碳潴留情况进行现状调查,找出发生率高的原因,设定目标,制定对策并实施,比较品管圈活动实施前后重症肺炎并发二氧化碳潴留发生情况。结果品管圈活动后,重症肺炎患儿并发二氧化碳潴留发生率(13.33%)低于品管圈活动应用前重症肺炎患儿并发二氧化碳潴留发生率(28.57%),取得了较好的效果,住院3 d血氧指标明显高于品管圈活动前(P<0.05),重症肺炎患儿转归时间缩短(P<0.05),患儿住院时间缩短(P<0.05)。结论通过对重症肺炎患儿实施品管圈活动可以降低重症肺炎患儿并发二氧化碳潴留发生率,缩短住院时间,促进患儿康复,因此可临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the Effects of quality control circle activity in reducing the carbon dioxide storage in children with severe pneumonia.Methods A total of 70 children patients with severe pneumonia complicated by carbon dioxide storage who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were enrolled as pre-quality activity group.The quality control circle organization was established in January 2016 which established the topic about“reducing the occurrence rate of carbon dioxide storage in children patients with severe pneumonia”.A total of 60 children patients with severe pneumonia complicated by carbon dioxide storage who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were enrolled as post-quality activity group.The current situation of CO 2 storage in children patients with severe pneumonia who hospitalized before the application of QC activities was investigated,in order to find out the reasons for the high incidence rate.The goal was set up,and the countermeasures were taken to observe and compare the occurrence of the CO 2 storage in children patients with severe pneumonia before and after the implementation of QC activities.Results After QC activity,the incidence rate of CO 2 storage in children patients with severe pneumonia was 13.33%,which was significantly lower than that(28.57%)before QC activity,with better effects.The blood oxygen indexes at 3d after hospitalization were superiot to those before QC activity(P<0.05).Moreover the recovery time and the hospitalization time of patients were significantly shorter than those before QC activity(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of quality control circle activities in children with severe pneumonia can reduce the incidence of carbon dioxide storage,shorten the length of hospital stay,and promote the rehabilitation of patients,therefor,it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
