摘要
目的探讨品管圈活动在眼科青光眼患者疼痛护理质量管理中的实际应用价值。方法选择本院眼科护士8人组成品管圈组织,调查眼科青光眼患者疼痛护理质量,并根据调查结果中存在问题制定改进方案,方案推行后重新评价疼痛护理质量的效果。将2017年12月1日—2018年3月14日收治的27例青光眼患者疼痛评估方案设为品管圈改善前期;将2018年3月15日—8月21日收治的66例青光眼患者疼痛评估方案设为品管圈改善后的改善期和维持期,将改进前后状况进行比较。结果在开展品管圈活动后眼科青光眼患者疼痛评估规范率由55%上升到79.04%,患者满意度由92.59%提升到98.48%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论眼科青光眼患者在实施品管圈活动后,提升了疼痛护理质量管理水平,也提高了患者满意度,应用价值显著。
Objective To explore the practical value of quality control circle activity in the quality management of pain nursing for glaucoma patients.Methods 8 ophthalmic nurses from affiliated hospital of Xuzhou Medical University were selected to form a quality control circle organization and to investigate the quality of pain nursing for patients with glaucoma.According to the problems existing in the results of the investigation,an improvement plan was made.After the implementation of the plan,the effect of pain nursing quality was re evaluated.From December 1,2017 to March 14,2018,pain assessment program of 27 cases of glaucoma patients was set as the early stage of quality control circle improvement;from March 15,2018 to August 21,2018,glaucoma pain assessment program of 66 cases of patients was set as the improvement stage and maintenance stage after improvement of quality control circle,and the situation before and after improvement was compared.Results The standard rate of pain assessment in patients with glaucoma increased from 55%to 79.04%,and the patients’satisfaction increased from 92.59%to 98.48%,all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions After the implementation of quality control circle in the patients with glaucoma in ophthalmology,the level of pain nursing quality managementhave improved,and the satisfaction of patientswas also improved,with significant application value.
