摘要
目的:探讨陈实功编撰的《外科正宗》中治疗痈疽溃后方剂的用药规律及配伍特点。方法:对《外科正宗》中治疗痈疽溃后的43首方剂进行整理,经过药名、性味归经等标准化后,挖掘系统分析药物使用、性味归经频次,采用关联和聚类等数据挖掘方法分析所载方剂的配伍规律和用药特点。结果:对筛选出的43首方剂进行分析,共涉及96味中药,高频药物(>3次)共26味,主要包括人参、甘草、白术等,补虚药及味甘、性温或微温、归脾经的药物使用居于首位。根据关联规则得出2味药物组合10组、3味药物组合8组,运用聚类分析方法得到核心药物组合4个序列。结论:陈实功治病重视顾护脾胃,治疗痈疽溃后多温补气血,为临床治疗痈疽溃后提供了支持与启示,值得进一步验证与创新。
Objective:To analyze and summarize the medication regularity of the prescriptions for the treatment of rupture from the book"Authentic Surgery"written by Chen Shigong.Methods:43 prescriptions used for rupture were collected and sorted out from"Authentic Surgery"to establish the database and analyze the medication principles of prescriptions through data mining(frequency analysis,correlation analysis,arrangement and combination analysis and other data mining methods).Results:Through the statistical analysis of the data of 43 prescriptions,the 96-flavor Chinese medicine was determined in the prescription.Totaled 26 Chinese medicines were used≥3 times,the high frequency medicines were ginseng,liquorice,bighead atractylodes rhizome,etc.Most of these high frequency medicines were deficiency-nourishing drugs.In terms of property of a medicine,the major Chinese medicines were warm.In terms of flavour,the major Chinese medicines were sweet.In terms of meridian tropism,the major Chinese medicines were the spleen.In the analysis of high-frequency drug association rules,it was found that there were 18 kinds of drug pairs with the highest correlation intensity for the treatment of rupture.In the cluster analysis of high-frequency drug,4 categories were obtained for the treatment of rupture.Conclusion:Caution should be taken in prescriptions to maintain the good conditions of Spleen and Stomache.Warming and tonifying qi and blood should be focused most.This result provided support and enlightenment for exploring the prescription for the treatment,and needed further proof and innovation.
