摘要
目的探讨大枣多糖对气血双虚模型小鼠的补气出血作用。方法以放血与环磷酰胺并用致小鼠气血双虚模型为研究对象,分别为大、中、小剂量的大枣多糖水溶液组,当归补血口服液组及同体积生理盐水组,另设完全空白对照组,造模同时给药,连给10d;实验结束后分别测定血液中红细胞计数、白细胞计数、血小板计数、血红蛋白及血清中粒-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子水平。结果大枣多糖可显著提高气血双虚模型动物的血象及血清粒-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子水平,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05～0.01),以中剂量大枣多糖组的改善作用最强。结论大枣多糖有好的补血作用。
AIM:To explore the effect of fructus jujubae polysaccharide(FJP) in invigorating qi and promoting blood of mice models of both qi and blood deficiencies.METHODS:Mice models of both qi and blood deficiencies,induced by releasing blood and injections of cyclophosphamide,were divided into large,middle,small dose FJP groups,danggui buxue oral liquid group,saline group and blank control group.Drugs were given successively to the animals for 10 days after establishment of models.At the end of the experiment,the countings of red blood cells(RBC),white blood cells(WBC),platelet(PLT) and hemoglobin(Hb) and the levels of granulocyte macrophage colony stimulating factor(GM CSF) in serum were measured.RESULTS:FJP could significantly increase the levels of hemogram and CM CSF in serum of the mice with both qi and blood deficiencies(P< 0.05-0.01),and the effect was the best in the middle dose FJP group.CONCLUSION:FJP has a good effect for nourishing blood.
