摘要
目的研究姜黄素联合负载透明质酸修饰的乙醇质体改善银屑病的临床效果。方法选取2017年10月—2018年12月经医院诊断为银屑病的90例患者为研究对象,根据每例患者的银屑病皮损面积和严重度指数(PASI)评分,将其分为3组:PASI30(A组,n=23);25<PASI<30之间(B组,n=35);20<PASI<25之间(C组,n=32)。通过逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)定量方式测定其治疗前后皮损组织中核因子(NF)-κB mRNA的表达情况,联合采用免疫比浊法测定血清中的免疫球蛋白IgA和IgG的含量以及采用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)法测定细胞因子白细胞介素(IL)-2和IL-4的表达情况并根据患者治疗前后的PASI评分,分析姜黄素联合负载透明质酸修饰的乙醇质体治疗银屑病的临床效果。结果在姜黄素联合负载透明质酸修饰的乙醇质体治疗后,银屑病患者的PASI评分均降低。银屑病患者的皮损组织中NF-κB mRNA的表达量、免疫球蛋白IgA和IgG和细胞因子IL-2和IL-4高于健康正常对照组。通过姜黄素联合负载透明质酸修饰的乙醇质体治疗后,患者皮损组织中NF-κB mRNA的表达量以及免疫球蛋白IgA和IgG和IL-2和IL-4有所下降。结论姜黄素联合负载透明质酸修饰的乙醇质体通过调节免疫系统,调节皮损组织中NF-κB mRNA的表达、免疫球蛋白IgA和IgG和IL-2和IL-4的含量,从而有效缓解银屑病的临床治疗。
Objective In order to study the clinical effects of curcumin combined with hyaluronic acid-modified ethanosome on psoriasis.Methods A total of 90 patients diagnosed with psoriasis during the period from October 2017 to December 2018 were selected as study objects.According to the psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)score of each patient,they were divided into three groups:PASI30(group A,n=23);between 25 and 30(group B,n=35);between 20 and 25(group C,n=32).The expression of NF-kappaB mRNA was measured by RT-PCR before and after treatment.Immunoturbidimetry was used to determine the immunoglobulin IgA and IgG in serum,and the expression of cytokines interleukin(IL)-2 and IL-4 was determined by enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay(ELISA),and the PASI score of the patients before and after treatment.The clinical effects of curcumin combined with hyaluronic acid-modified ethanol-based plastids in the treatment of psoriasis were analyzed.Results After treatment with curcumin combined with hyaluronic acid-modified ethanoplast,the PASI scores of patients with psoriasis were all decreased.The expression levels of NF-κB mRNA,IgA and IgG,and cytokines IL-2 and IL-4 in the skin lesions of patients with psoriasis were higher than those in the healthy control group.The expression of NF-κB mRNA,IgA and IgG,and IL-2 and IL-4 in skin lesions were decreased after curcumin combined with hyaluronic acid-modified glycosomes.Conclusion Curcumin combined with hyaluronic acid-modified glycosomes can effectively alleviate the clinical treatment of psoriasis by regulating the immune system and the expression of NF-B mRNA,immunoglobulin IgA and IgG,and IL-2 and IL-4 in the skin lesions.
