摘要
创新是驱动经济发展的关键动力,同时经济发展也是创新能力提升的重要支撑。通过构建综合评价指标体系,客观评价山东省创新驱动能力与经济发展水平,进一步运用耦合协调度评价模型,对2001—2017年创新能力与经济发展水平的耦合协调性进行定量分析。研究发现,2009年前后耦合协调程度存在阶段性变化,尽管创新能力与经济发展二者较好地维持了耦合发展,但尚未形成同步协调的发展趋势,仍需通过加大创新投入、促进成果转化、调整经济结构等措施实现创新驱动发展、发展反哺创新的双赢。
Innovation is the key driving force of economic development,and economic development is also an important support for the improvement of innovation ability.This paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system to objectively evaluate the innovation-driven ability and economic development level of Shandong province.Furthermore,the coupling coordination degree evaluation model is used to quantitatively analyze the coupling coordination between regional innovation ability and economic development level from 2001 to 2017.The results show that there were periodic changes in coupling coordination degree around 2009,and although innovation ability and economic development have maintained their coupling development,they have not formed a synchronous and coordinated development trend.It is still necessary to increase investment in research and development,promote the transformation of achievements,adjust economic structure in order to achieve the win-win situation of innovation-driven development and development feeding innovation.
