黄芪联合湿生扁蕾抗肺纤维化的研究分析 被引量:7

Study and Analysis of Anti-pulmonary Fibrosis Effect of Astragalus Membranaceus Combined with Gentianopsis Paludosa

摘要 中医药作为防治肺纤维化的一种行之有效的治疗方式,总结黄芪与湿生扁蕾的基础研究发现,黄芪中多种成分可通过抗炎、抗氧化、免疫抑制及调节相关基因、蛋白、转化因子及信号通路表达发挥抗肺纤维化的作用,湿生扁蕾可通过调节相关蛋白、转化因子表达,保护结肠黏膜等途径发挥抗结肠纤维化作用,以及调节凋亡蛋白、信号通路等途径发挥治疗结肠癌作用,且药理研究表明湿生扁蕾中多种成分具有抗炎、抗氧化作用。基于“益气健脾”及“肺与大肠相表里”探讨黄芪配伍湿生扁蕾抗肺纤维化的理论机制将为临床防治肺纤维化及新药的研发提供科学参考依据。 Chinese medicine is an effective way to prevent and treat pulmonary fibrosis.Summarizing the basic research of astragalus membranaceus and gentianopsis paludosa,it’s found that many components of astragalus membranaceus can play an anti-pulmonary fibrosis role by anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidation,immunosuppression and regulating the expression of related genes,proteins,transforming factors and signaling pathways.Gentianopsis paludosa can regulate the expression of related proteins and transforming factors protect colon mucosa and other ways to play an anti-fibrosis role,as well as regulate apoptotic proteins,signaling pathways to play a role in the treatment of colon cancer,and pharmacological studies show that many components of gentianopsis paludosa have the function of anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidative effects.Based on the theory of“lung and large intestine phase inside”and“replenishing Qi to invigorate the spleen”,to explore the anti-pulmonary Fibrosis Mechanism of astragalus membranaceus combined with gentianopsis paludosa will provide scientific reference for clinical prevention and treatment of pulmonary fibrosis and development of new drugs.
