摘要
从藏药湿生扁蕾中首次提取分离出两种口山酮化合物单体,对口山酮化合物单体分子的分子结构和物理特征进行了测定,并进行了HO—8910细胞的细胞毒作用实验,结果表明,藏药湿生扁蕾含有2种口山酮化合物,对于癌细胞具有毒杀作用。建议对湿生扁蕾进行人工驯化繁育。
Two molecules of Xanthone compound were isolated from Gentianopsis paludosa.Their structures and physical properties have been determined.Cytoxicity of HO-8910 cancer cell were tested.The results showed,there were 2 Xanthone compound in Gentianopsis paludosa.They can toxic cancer cell.It is suggested that Gentianopsis paludosa should be domesticated and breed.
