摘要
采用描述统计和潜类分析等相结合的方法,对“80后”代际关系的类型和结构进行研究后发现:在代际交换阶段,“80后”子代和亲代的结构性团结较弱,但是经济支持和日常照料等功能性团结很强,情感性团结紧密。“80后”代际关系结构由“粘着型”“交易型”“反哺型”“啃老型”“疏离型”等5种类型构成,其中,一半以上的子代与亲代在经济、生活、情感上保持着密切的交换关系。“子代回馈亲代”的关系类型比例超过了“亲代过度付出、子代承担不足”的关系类型比例。在急剧变迁的社会中,家庭代际关系的变化并非是线性的,而是充满着复杂性和矛盾性。研究需要跳出“传统-现代”二元对立的框架,全面考察代际关系的各个维度及其之间的多元联系,深入思考公共政策在产生或应对代际矛盾时所发挥的作用,通过建立健全家庭友好型政策体系来减轻社会结构带来的代际冲突。
By using the combination methods of descriptive statistics and Latent Class Analysis(LCA),this paper studies the structure of adult child-parent relations among the“post-80s”generation.It is found that in the intergenerational exchange stage,the structural solidarity between the“post-80s”offspring and their parents is weak,but the functional solidarity such as economic support and daily care is strong,and at the same time the emotional solidarity is close.The inter-generational relationship structure of the“post-80s”consists of five types:sticking-together category,feeding-back category,transaction category,drifting-apart category and parents-dependent category.Among them,more than half of the offspring and their parents are involved in a close exchange relationship economically and emotionally,and the proportion of relationship types in which children support and give back to their parents exceeds the proportion of relationship types in which parents overpay and offspring under commit.In a rapidly changing society,the changes in intergenerational relationships among the“post-80s”generations are not linear,but full of complexity and ambivalence.Research needs to go beyond the framework of“tradition-modern”duality,and comprehensively examine the various dimensions of intergenerational relations and their multiple links.Serious considerations should be given to the role of public policies in generating or responding to intergenerational ambivalence.Intergenerational conflicts brought about by social structure can be reduced by establishing family-friendly policy system.
