摘要
济紫麦1号是山东省农业科学院作物研究所以周黑麦1号为母本、济麦22为父本,通过人工杂交,采用系谱法选育而成的高产特色黑小麦新品种。该品种籽粒蛋白质含量(干基)14.8%,湿面筋含量34.26%,吸水率62.7%,面团稳定时间6.3min,花色苷含量0.2662mg/kg;2017—2019年试验,平均产量为7905.75kg/hm^2。本文对济紫麦1号的亲本选配、杂种后代选育、品种特征特性、产量表现、品质性状,特别是选育体会进行总结分析,期望对特色小麦品种选育提供借鉴。
Jizimai 1 is a new triticale variety bred by the Crop Research Institute of Shandong Academy of Agricultural Sciences with high yield through pedigree method from the filial generations of Zhouheimai 1(female parent)and Jimai 22(male parent).Its protein content,wet gluten content,water absorption,dough stability time and anthocyanin content were 14.8%,34.26%,62.7%,6.3 min and 0.2662 mg/kg,respectively.The results of experiments from 2017 to 2019 showed that its average yield was 7905.75 kg/hm^2.In the study,the parent selection,breeding of hybrid offspring,variety characteristics,yield performance,quality characteristics and breeding experience were summarized and analyzed,which was expected to provide references for breeding special wheat variety.
