摘要
定权问题是多属性决策问题中的核心内容,传统定权方法大多仅单方面从主观或客观角度确定权重,合理的属性权重应综合考虑专家偏好与决策数据.因此,文中以单值中智集为研究对象,设计基于熵权法和DEMATEL法的主客观综合定权法,充分考虑决策者的有限理性特点,提出基于单值中智集的TODIM决策方法.首先,分析现有记分函数的缺陷,提出一种新的记分函数,实现单值中智数的大小比较;其次,提出主客观综合定权方法,其中,运用熵权法确定客观权重,根据DEMETAL方法获得主观权重,根据线性加权法确定各属性的综合权重;再次,将TODIM方法拓展到单值中智集理论,构建了基于单值中智集的TODIM方法模型;最后,以决策者投资中小企业为决策背景进行案例分析,验证文中方法的可行性和合理性.
The problem of obtaining attribute weights is the core content of multi-attribute decision making.Most traditional methods of weighting only determine the weights from a subjective or objective perspective.Reasonable attribute weights should comprehensively consider experts’preference and decision data.Therefore,taking single-valued neutrosophic sets as the research object,this paper designs a subjective-objective combination weighting method based on entropy and DEMATEL method.On the basis of taking full consideration of the finite rational characteristics of the decision makers and the subjective-objective combination weighting method,a TODIM decision method based on single-valued neutrosophic sets is proposed.Firstly,a new score function is proposed to compare single-valued neutrosophic numbers by analyzing the defects of existing score functions.Then,based on the linear weighting method,we put forward a combination weighting model,which utilizes the entropy method to determine the objective weights and DEMETAL method to obtain the subjective weights.Furthermore,we extend the TODIM method to the single-valued neutrosophic environment and construct a TODIM method model with single-valued neutrosophic sets based on subjective-objective combination weighting method.Finally,the effectiveness and feasibility of this approach are demonstrated by a case study of investing in small and medium sized enterprises.
