A NEW SCORING FUNCION IN MULTI-CRITERIA DECISION-MAKING BASED ON VAGUE SET

摘要 评分函数是Vague集多准则决策过程中影响决策结果的一个重要因素.针对模糊环境下多准则决策问题,首先,指出现有文献所构造的评分函数的缺陷.其次,在整合前人工作的基础上,为同时兼顾真、假隶属度的绝对差距和未知度对决策结果的贡献,提出了一种新的评分函数,有效地解决了决策结果与直觉判断不符的问题,并在多方案的评分函数值相等时,给出了合理的决策规则,为决策者做出科学决策提供了一种方便有效的方法.最后,通过实例阐明新评分函数的有效性和优越性. Scoring function is an important factor to influence the selected results in the process of multi-criteria decision based on Vague set. In allusion to multi-criteria decision problems in fuzzy environment, firstly, this paper analyzes the current scor- ing functions in existing literature and points out their deficiencies. Some scoring functions emphasize the absolute distance between true and false membership degree and ignore the contribution of unknown degree; Some exaggerate the influence of unknown information; Some scoring functions use unknown information improperly. Some evaluation results are inconsistent with the intuition because of these deficien- cies. Then this paper puts forward a new scoring function which simultaneously takes into account the contribution of true and false membership degree and un- known degree based on predecessors' work. The new scoring function not only solves the discrepancy between evaluation results and intuition, but also gives a reasonable decision rule when the scoring function values are equal, and it provides a convenient and effective method for the optimal decision of the decision-makers. Finally, the examples show that the new scoring function is more efficient and advantageous.
