摘要
目的探讨血清CK18、CA19-9、CA72-4表达与胃癌患者预后的关系。方法选取2016年10月至2018年10月本院68例胃癌患者,57例胃良性疾病患者,和64例同期体检健康者。采用化学发光分析仪检测其CA19-9、CA72-4水平,酶联免疫吸附法检测血清CK18水平。比较健康组、胃良性疾病组、胃癌组以及不同病理分期胃癌患者的血清CK18、CA19-9、CA72-4水平。根据患者预后将胃癌患者分为死亡组和存活组,比较死亡组和存活组的血清CK18、CA19-9、CA72-4水平,并采用Spearman相关分析确定胃癌患者预后与血清CK18、CA19-9、CA72-4的关系。结果胃癌组患者血清CK18、CA19-9、CA72-4水平显著高于良性疾病组和对照组(P<0.05)。不同病理分期胃癌患者的血清CK18、CA19-9、CA72-4水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。死亡组胃癌患者血清CK18、CA19-9、CA72-4水平分别为9.65±3.24ng/mL、189.57±12.46U/mL、6.49±2.35U/mL,显著高于生存组的4.39±1.26ng/mL、127.63±9.51U/mL、4.28±1.23U/mL(P<0.05)。胃癌患者预后与血清CK18、CA19-9、CA72-4水平均有一定相关性,血清CK18、CA19-9、CA72-4水平越高,死亡风险也更高(P<0.05)。结论胃癌患者的血清CK18、CA19-9、CA72-4水平明显高于良性疾病组和对照组,且病理分期越高,血清CK18、CA19-9、CA72-4水平越高。血清CK18、CA19-9、CA72-4水平与胃癌患者预后明显相关,血清CK18、CA19-9、CA72-4水平越高,死亡风险越高。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expressions of serum CK18,CA19-9 and CA72-4 and the prognosis of patients with gastric cancer.Methods From October,2016 to October,2018,68 patients with gastric cancer,57 patients with benign stomach diseases,and 64 healthy patients were selected for the study.Chemiluminescence analyzer was used to detect the levels of CA19-9 and CA72-4,and ELISA was used to detect the level of serum CK18.Serum levels of CK18,CA19-9 and CA72-4 among the healthy group,gastric benign disease group,gastric cancer group and patients with different pathological stages of gastric cancer were compared.According to the prognosis of patients,gastric cancer patients were divided into the death group and survival group.Serum levels of CK18,CA19-9 and CA72-4 of the death group and survival group were compared.Spearman correlation analysis was used to determine the prognosis of gastric cancer patients and serum CK18,CA19-9 and CA72-4.Results The serum levels of CK18,CA19-9 and CA72-4 in patients with gastric cancer were significantly higher than those in the benign disease and control groups(P<0.05).There were significant differences in serum levels of CK18,CA19-9 and CA72-4 between patients with different pathological stages of gastric cancer(P<0.05).The serum levels of CK18,CA19-9 and CA72-4 in patients with gastric cancer in the death group were 9.65±3.24 ng/mL,189.57±12.46 U/mL and 6.49±2.35 U/mL,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the survival group[4.39±1.26 ng/mL,127.63±9.51 U/mL,4.28±1.23U/mL,(P<0.05)].The prognosis of patients with gastric cancer had a certain correlation with serum levels of CK18,CA19-9 and CA72-4.The higher the serum levels of CK18,CA19-9 and CA72-4,the higher the risk of death was(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of CK18,CA19-9 and CA72-4 in patients with gastric cancer are significantly higher than those in the benign disease group and the control group.The higher the pathological stage,the higher the serum levels of CK18,CA19-9
