摘要
随着社会经济与科学技术的不断发展,建筑工程施工大量使用先进技术,其中使用最为广泛为BIM技术。BIM技术的有效利用,可以实现对施工成本有效控制,同时提高施工管理效率与质量。但是目前施工企业在实际应用中还存在一定问题,如施工企业对BIM技术的认识不充分、对BIM技术没有较强的深度和广度等。基于此,本文详细的分析了BIM技术在建筑施工中应用以及存在的问题,并提出了有效的解决措施。
With the continuous development of social economy and science and technology,a large number of advanced technologies are used in construction engineering,among which BIM technology is the most widely used.The effective use of BIM technology can achieve effective control of construction costs while improving the efficiency and quality of construction management.However,there are still some problems in the actual application of construction companies,such as the lack of understanding of BIM technology by construction companies,and the lack of strong depth and breadth of BIM technology.Based on this,this paper analyzes the application of BIM technology in building construction and the existing problems in detail,and proposes effective solutions.
