摘要
针对市政工程特点,通过分析市政工程进度管理现状,总结出市政工程进度管理低效率的原因,并提出基于BIM的市政工程项目进度管理的框架,包括基于BIM的进度管理模式、进度信息管控、基于BIM的进度信息系统。最后,将基于BIM的进度管理框架应用到上海市示范项目周家嘴路隧道,有效提升了项目进度管理水平。
This paper is aimed at the characteristics of municipal engineering,through the analysis of the status of municipal engineering progress management,and summarizes the reasons of low efficiency of progress management. This paper puts forward the framework of project schedule management of municipal engineering based on BIM,including the BIM based on the mode of progress management,progress information management and the BIM based on the progress of the information system. Finally,the schedule management framework based on BIM is applied to the demonstration project of Shanghai Zhoujiazui Road Tunnel. It effectively enhances the management level of project schedule.
