摘要
为研究14142综采工作面顶板活动规律以及其矿压显现特性,更好的评价顶板支架对顶板运动的适应性,因此需要对该面回采过程进行持续的矿压观测。研究结果表明:当工作面推进进度达到0~200m时,工作面周期来压和非来压期间液压支架工作阻力区分度较为明显,工作面来压显现较为明显;当工作面推进进度达到200~488m时,工作面周期来压显现比较强烈,支架工作阻力普遍较高,高于其它时期的周期压力工作阻力值。本次矿压观测分析,将对工作面回采期间的矿压显现进行分析,从中得到反映顶板活动规律的相关技术参数。
In order to find out the activity rule and the characteristics of the mining pressure of the 14142 fully mechanized mining face and evaluate the adaptability of the support to the roof movement of the working face,it is necessary to carry out continuous mine pressure observation on this face.The results show that:when the working face is advancing 0~200m,the working resistance of hydraulic support is distinguished obviously during periodic weighting and non weighting,and the weighting behavior of working face is obvious;When the working face advances 200~488m,the periodic weighting behavior of the working face is relatively strong,and the working resistance of the hydraulic support is generally higher than that of the periodic pressure cycle in other periods.This observation analysis will analyze the ore pressure information during the stopping of the working face,so as to obtain the relevant technical parameters reflecting the roof activity rule and the analysis of the adaptability of the support.
