摘要
目的探讨分析宫颈癌放射性皮炎给予氧疗联合重组人表皮生长因子的临床效果。方法择取我院2018年6月至2019年5月收治的宫颈癌放射性皮炎患者87例作为研究对象,按数字奇偶法分为对照组44例与研究组43例,对照组进行常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予氧疗联合重组人表皮生长因子喷剂护理,比较两组临床效果、创面愈合时间、疼痛情况。结果研究组创面愈合时间较对照组明显缩短,疼痛程度较对照组轻,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组临床效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌放射性皮炎患者应用重组人表皮生长因子与氧疗,可有效缩短创面愈合时间,降低疼痛,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effects of oxygen therapy combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor for cervical cancer radio-dermatitis.Methods We selected 87 cases of patients with cervical cancer radio-dermatitis who were admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to May 2019 as the study objects.According to the digital parity method,they were divided into a control group of 44 cases and a study group of 43 cases.The control group received routine care,and the study group was given oxygen therapy combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor spray nursing on the basis of the control group,and the clinical effects,wound healing time,and pain conditions of the two groups were compared.Results The wound healing time in the study group was significantly less than that in the control group,the pain degree was lighter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical effect in the study group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of recombinant human epidermal growth factor combined with oxygen therapy in patients with cervical cancer radio-dermatitis can effectively shorten the wound healing time and reduce pain,which was worthy of clinical promotion.
