摘要
透明质酸(HA)是一种酸性多糖,国际上公认的生物大分子保湿剂,广泛应用于眼科显微手术、关节炎治疗、药物释放及组织工程等生物材料领域。本文综述了目前国内外对透明质酸的化学结构、理化性质以及制备方法等方面的研究现状,并进一步综述了透明质酸的应用领域,同时展望了其未来的发展方向。
Hyaluronic acid is an acidic polysaccharide that has been internationally recognized biological macromolecules moisturizing agents,widely used in ophthalmic microsurgery,arthritis therapy,tissue engineering and drug delivery and other areas of biological materials.In this paper,the current domestic and international research status of the chemical structure of hyaluronic acid,physical and chemical properties and preparation methods were reviewed.Furthermore,ap-plications of hyaluronic acid are summarized in the paper.In the same time,development orientation is also prospected.
