摘要
随着新媒体的蓬勃发展,高校越来越重视网络思想政治教育工作,对高校辅导员网络素养提出了新要求。提升高校辅导员网络素养是抢抓网络思想政治教育主阵地的必然要求,是高校落实信息化环境“以学生为本”理念的必然需求,是加快辅导员专业化职业化发展的必然选择。基于知识管理SECI模型的四个阶段,从个体、团队、制度和学校四个层面对高校辅导员网络素养提升路径进行探究。
With the vigorous development of new media,colleges and universities attach more and more importance to the work of ideological and political education on the Internet,and have put forward new requirements for college teachers'network literacy.Improving the network literacy of university instructors is an inevitable requirement to seize the main position of network ideological and political education.It is an inevitable requirement for universities to implement the"student-oriented"concept of information environment and an inevitable choice to accelerate the professional development of instructors.Based on the four stages of the knowledge management SECI model,this article explores the approach to improving the network literacy of those instructors from the individual,team,system,and university levels.
