摘要
切实保护和合理利用农业文化遗产,是实施乡村振兴战略的要求。目前我国对农业文化遗产的保护是通过全球重要农业文化遗产项目和中国重要农业文化遗产项目两种途径。虽然贵州兴仁薏仁米目前还没有入选重要农业文化遗产项目,但其有着丰富的农业文化遗产资源,并且已有保护与利用的相关实践。为进一步促进其保护与利用,应当深入挖掘整理贵州兴仁薏仁米农业文化遗产,积极申报中国重要农业文化遗产项目,制定关于农业文化遗产保护开发的地方性法规,处理好农业文化遗产保护与农业农村现代化之间的关系。
The effective protection and rational use of agricultural heritage is the requirement of implementing the strategy of Rural Revitalization.At present,the protection of agricultural heritage in China is conducted through two ways:global important agricultural heritage projects and Chinese important agricultural heritage projects.Although Xingren Coix seed in Guizhou has not been selected as an important agricultural heritage project,it actually has rich agricultural heritage resources,and has related practices of protection and utilization.In order to further promote its protection and utilization,we should thoroughly explore and sort out the Agricultural Heritage of Xingren Coix seed in Guizhou,actively apply for the Chinese important agricultural heritage projects,formulate local laws and regulations on the protection and development of agricultural heritage,and handle the relationship between the protection of agricultural heritage and the agricultural and rural modernization.
