摘要
目的:观察采用大黄甘草汤治疗化疗呕吐的效果。方法:将2018年1月~2019年6月首次诊断鼻咽癌行含顺铂化疗方案放化疗的60例住院患者,采用便利抽样法分为对照组和透皮剂贴敷组,各30例。对照组采用肿瘤放化疗及立必复、地塞米松止吐治疗;透皮剂贴敷组采用大黄甘草汤透皮剂穴位贴敷与立必复、地塞米松止吐治疗,并进行肿瘤放化疗。对比两组恶心呕吐等胃肠道不良反应发生情况及舒适度。结果:透皮剂贴敷组食欲减退、恶心呕吐、腹痛腹胀、便秘发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),化疗结束时舒适度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用大黄甘草汤透皮剂穴位贴敷联合西药治疗化疗呕吐患者,能够改善患者恶心呕吐、腹痛腹胀、便秘等症状,提高患者舒适度。
Objective:To observe the effect of Rhubarb Licorice decoction on chemotherapy vomiting.Methods:From January 2018 to June 2019,60 inpatients who were diagnosed with nasopharyngeal carcinoma for the first time and received cisplatin-containing chemotherapy regimens for radiotherapy and chemotherapy according to convenience sampling method were divided into control group and transdermal application group,each with 30 patients.The control group was treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy,dolasetron mesylate and dexamethasone.The transdermal application group was treated with acupoint application of Rhubarb Licorice decoction,dolasetron mesylate and dexamethasone to stop vomiting,and radiotherapy and chemotherapy were carried out for tumors.The occurrence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting,the comfort of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of loss of appetite,nausea and vomiting,abdominal pain and distention,constipation in the transdermal application group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The comfortable of the patients in the transdermal application group were more satisfied than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application of Rhubarb Licorice decoction combined with western medicine,in the treatment of chemotherapy vomiting patients can improve the symptoms of nausea and vomiting,abdominal pain,abdominal distension,constipation,and promote the comfort of patients.
