摘要
提出一种高功率密度高增益DC/DC变换器,该变换器在文献[1]所提高增益变换器的基础上不增加任何元器件,只改变二极管与电容的连接方式,使其电压增益和工作效率得到了提高。采用无源箝位电路吸收并利用了漏感能量,开关管的漏感尖峰显著下降,并且实现了零电流开关(ZCS)开通。由于漏感原因,所有二极管都是ZCS自然关断,不存在二极管反向恢复问题。最后,分析了所提变换器的工作原理、性能特点,推导出其电压增益表达式,并通过300 W的样机验证了理论分析的正确性。
A high power density and high step-up DC/DC converter is proposed,which does not adding any components on the basis of the improved high step-up converter in Ref.[1],but only changes the connection mode between the diode and the capacitor,so that its voltage gain and working efficiency are improved.By using the passive-clamp circuit to absorb and utilize the leakage inductor energy,the leakage inductor peak of the switch decreases significantly and the turn-on of zero-current switching(ZCS)is realized.Because of leakage inductor,all diodes are nturally turnedoff with ZCS,and there is no reverse diode recovery problem.Finally,the operating principle and performance characteristics of the proposed converter are analyzed,the expression of voltage gain is derived,and the correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified by a 300 W prototype.
