摘要
LLC谐振变换器因其高效率和高功率密度的特性已经广泛应用于直流变换器的各种场合,其中负载变化将会对LLC谐振变换效率带来显著影响。首先分析了负载对全桥LLC谐振变换器最小工作频率和最大输出电压增益的影响,并提出一种基于给定负载范围电源效率优化的全桥LLC变换器参数设计方案。在此基础上,进一步给出基于负载变化的变频-移相混合控制策略的软开关实现条件。最后通过PSIM仿真和搭建实验样机验证了基于负载变化的全桥LLC谐振变换器优化设计方法的可行性。结果表明,优化设计方案既保证了较宽的电压输入范围,又实现了在给定负载范围内保持较大效率的目的。
LLC resonant converter has been widely used in various scenarios of DC converter because of its high efficiency and high power density.Load changes will have a significant impact on LLC resonant conversion efficiency.Firstly,the influence of load on the minimum operating frequency and maximum output voltage gain of full bridge LLC resonant converter is analyzed,and a parameter design scheme of full bridge LLC converter based on power efficiency optimization in given load range is proposed.On this basis,the soft switching conditions of variable frequencyphase hybrid control strategy based on load variation are given.Finally,the feasibility of the optimal design method of full bridge LLC resonant converter based on load variation is verified by PSIM simulation and experimental prototype.The results show that the optimal design scheme not only ensures a wider range of voltage input,but also achieves the goal of maintaining greater efficiency within a given load range.
