履带起重机细长桁架臂稳定性系数探讨 被引量:2

摘要 为研究桁架臂的侧向载荷对臂架稳定性的影响,重点研究履带起重机的主臂,根据臂架在作业系统中的受力和约束情况,考虑臂架模型在实际作业中的不同起升幅度、不同侧向载荷下的载荷-位移曲线、失稳载荷,对几何非线性下的臂架稳定性和不同工况下的稳定性系数作对比分析,得出在不同侧载情况下的稳定性系数近似值,为起升载荷的选取提供参考。 Boom is the main load-bearing part of crawler crane,and its stability is the key performance index.In order to study the influence of lateral load of truss arm on boom stability,the main boom of crawler crane is mainly studied.According to the force and constraint of boom in the operation system,considering the different lifting amplitude,load displacement curve and instability load of boom model in actual operation,the stability of boom under geometric nonlinearity is studied and analyzed Compared with the stability coefficient under the same working condition,the approximate value of stability coefficient under different side load is obtained,which provides reference for the selection of lifting load.
