摘要 在“以本为本”理念下,高等教育逐渐推进“四个回归”,高校学风建设任务更加严峻,目前农业院校大学生受外界、家庭、自身等因素影响,学困生教育问题凸显。以山东农业大学为试点,以“思想政治教育”为理论支持,运用诱导式、启发式的教育方法和新媒体的力量,对学困生进行理想信念、道德、纪律法制等方面的教育,从根源上解决学困生学习动力的问题,实现学困生的科学教育与引导。 Under the concept of undergraduate education-oriented concept,higher education gradually promotes the"Four Returns,and the task of the construction of the study style in colleges and universities is more severe.At present,the number of undergraduates with learning difficulties in agricultural colleges and universities is significantly increased due to the influence of external factors,family factors and their own factors,and the related education work of undergraduates with learning difficulties is particularly important.The subject takes the College of Food Science of Shandong Agricultural University as the pilot,takes"ideological and political education"as the theoretical support,uses the inductive and heuristic education methods and the power of new media to educate the undergraduates with learning difficulties in the aspects of ideal and belief,morality,discipline and legal system,solve the problem of learning motivation from the root,and scientifically educate and guide the students with learning difficulties.
