摘要
为了提早出苗、提高薄壳山核桃苗木质量,对种子电热催芽苗池采用功率为600W的S形电热线,保持恒定温度分别为25℃、30℃、35℃、40℃等4种不同催芽温度催芽14d,对比其种子发芽率和幼苗的生长指标。结果表明,在30℃时,种子的发芽率最高,达到94.29%;且催芽后的播种幼苗生长最佳,地径和苗高分别达2.85mm、11.51cm。
In order to germinate in advance and improve the quality of Carya illinoensis seedlings,an S-shaped elec⁃tric heating wire with a power of 600W was used to speeding germination.The paper maintain the constant tempera⁃ture of 25℃,30℃,35℃,and 40℃for the electric germination pond where the seeds are located.The germination temperature germinated for 14 days,and the seed germination rate and the growth index of the seedlings after germi⁃nation were compared.The results showed that the seed germination rate was the highest at 35℃,reaching 94.29%.Meanwhile under the condition of 35℃the seedling grow best,and the diameter and height were 2.85mm and 11.51cm,respectively.
