摘要
作为我国旅游产业供给侧改革的重要举措,全域旅游是新时期旅游产业创新驱动和协调推进的发展方向。在平台经济和共享经济发展的背景下,创新旅游服务模式成为新时期我国全域旅游发展的关键。在剖析共享平台运行模式的基础上,本文以共享平台与全域旅游的耦合关系为切入点,将共享平台视为主导整个全域旅游服务系统的序参量,分析全域旅游服务系统中信息、要素和价值依托于共享平台协同发展的演进条件、动力、过程和规律,揭示其演进机理并据此构建出智能信息对称、多元要素匹配以及服务价值共创等三种创新型服务模式。本文研究有助于实现区域内的资源有机整合、产业协同发展和社会共建共享的全域的旅游发展理念,为新时期我国旅游产业的结构优化和创新发展提供重要的理论依据以及实践指导。
As an important measure for the supply-side reform of China’s tourism industry,comprehensive tourism is the development direction of the innovation-driven and coordinated promotion of tourism industry in the new era.In the context of the development of the platform economy and the sharing economy,innovation of tourism service model has become the key to the development of comprehensive tourism in China.Based on the analysis of the operation model of the sharing platform,this paper takes the coupling relationship between sharing platform and comprehensive tourism as the starting point,regards the sharing platform as the order parameter that dominates the whole comprehensive tourism service system,analyzes the evolution conditions,driving forces,process and law of the collaborative development of information,elements and value in the comprehensive tourism service system relying on sharing platforms,reveals the evolution mechanism and then constructs three innovative service models of intelligent information symmetry,multiple element matching,and service value co-creation.The study helps to realize the development philosophy of comprehensive tourism characterized by regional resource organic integration,industrial collaborative development and social co-construction and sharing,thus providing important theoretical reference and practical guidance for the structural optimization and innovative development of China’s tourism industry in the new era.
